Communal Studio is an inclusive collective space for rent for the community to take and offer classes, workshops, and events. We are pleased to provide a unique opportunity for individuals and groups looking for space rentals. Our model is designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and community while ensuring the autonomy of your classes or workshops, with no percentage deducted from your earned profits.
The space is 1200 square feet and includes a spacious entryway with coat hooks and shoe storage, a 629 square foot studio with dimmable lights, ceiling fans, mirrors on 2 walls and barres on 3 walls, a sound system with an aux jack and Bluetooth speaker, plus a back area with a bathroom, storage room, 2 sinks, and a mini fridge. We also have some bolsters, blocks, mats, etc.
