Lisa’s ballet classes are crafted to naturally guide students to refine their body alignment, enhancing their balance, technique and potential, while also discovering the value and importance of the use of weight in their dancing. Equally important, she trains dancers to develop the positive mindset that leads to success. Ballet, like life, is about 90% related to the stories we tell ourselves! Add to that her expectation that students have fun and appreciate and learn from their mistakes (the bigger the better: the bigger the mistake the faster we learn), and students’ experience is one of challenge, growth, empowerment and fun! Thursdays, 5:30-6:45pm: Intermediate
Sundays, 1:30-3:00pm: Slow intermediate
Mondays, 5:30-6:45pm: Beginning 2
