Funds will support upcoming activities including classes and workshops, our debut performance at The Cowles Center, the 12th season performance at The Southern, community engagement initiatives, and commissions and compensation for local artists.

About the Cocktail/Mocktail Class
Join expert Dr. Sunshine, as he leads you through How To Make Every Cocktail in the World. We will stir and shake things up as we have fun learning secrets of the pros to making unforgettable cocktails. Dr. Sunshine will take you on a journey of cocktail history, the science behind flavor, and ways to impress your guests with your new at-home bartending skills.
Must be 21 or older to participate in mixology class using alcohol.
*Nonalcoholic versions are available with every drink we make. Please kindly note this preference in your RSVP.
