GYROKINESIS® Method with Non Edwards – Strength and Mobility

As I move towards the end of the second decade of my professional career, I want to share the GYROKINESIS® Method with you. I was first introduced to this flowing, circular exercise by choreographer Jinza Thayer – and it sparked my curiosity and wonder. In 2019 I completed my certification, and I have been teaching online and in person ever since.

Join me in a movement meditation and cross-training journey that increases mobility and generates a deeply connected core strength that allows beautiful articulation of the spine and limbs.
