Minnesota Dance Theatre (MDT), a historic arts organization in the Twin Cities, seeks a part-time Business Manager/Office Administrator to oversee the daily business and administrative operations of the school. This role is central to ensuring clear communication, smooth financial processes, and excellent service to our families, faculty, and staff. This position covers all areas of MDT, including the Primary Division, Upper Division, and Open Division.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously.
- Financial tracking, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in office administration, arts management, or nonprofit operations preferred.
Hours and Growth Potential
- Part-time, hourly contract: 20-30 hours per week paid at $18-20 per hour based on experience.
- Unlimited access to free Open Division classes and MDT workshops.
- Flexible scheduling possible, with some onsite hours required during performance weeks and special events.
- This role has the potential to expand into a full-time position as MDT grows.
