Ballet Co.Laboratory is Hiring a Marketing and Communications Associate - August 15

Ballet Co.Laboratory is Minnesota’s largest professional ballet company and school. Serving more than 10,000 individuals annually, the organization challenges ballet’s “traditions to exclude” by creating new dance works and education programs that celebrate individuality.

Ballet Co.Laboratory seeks a full-time strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing and Communications Associate to assist with the development and execution of its print and digital presence. This role will increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales, expand school enrollment, promote outreach programming, and steward donor engagement through compelling, mission-driven content.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of storytelling and data-informed strategy. They have excellent time management skills, experience with video content creation, and persuasive writing and presentation abilities. This position will train to expand their knowledge in digital marketing and patron development/stewardship. Navigating both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution is a must for the success of this team member. Key responsibilities include brand strategy, content creation, digital and print marketing, public relations, community engagement, and market research and metrics.
