Beginnings, portals, doorways, entries, starting points. A performance celebration commemorating the 100th anniversary of the CFPA’s original home, the Pleasant Avenue convent.

Originally built in 1923 by the Incarnation Catholic Church as a convent for the nuns who taught in the school across the street, the building later supported a women’s shelter and since 1995, has served the community as the Center for Performing Arts.

The Celebration Includes food, drink, and performances by:

And Featuring New Works by CFPA’s 2023 Resident Artists:

Opening at 6pm with Mahto Peta Toispaye Drum Group. Additional performances every 30 minutes.
